"first letter received Jan which indicated I was enrolled in auto pay. the second letter I received said I was not enrolled in auto pay. I called for assistance but I kept be rerouted to the same menu over and over again. I sent an email for assistance and did not receive a response within 3 days and am still waiting for a response. Not the kind of customer service I expected"
