"I have had them since 1998. I changed companies during pandemic due them saying they would not cover COVID related cases. I have never filed a claim. They took my premium and did not issue a policy for a week when I called spent an hour on the phone to be told I filed a claim and had to respond in writing for a policy to be issued. I asked for my premium to be refunded and ten business days latter haven't recieved the money. I have since recieved a policy from a competitor. "
