"I hate doing things electronically. I hate getting all documents electronically. AND NOBODY answers the phone at HPSO. I held for a LLOOONNNNgg time before I hung up. They want you to leave a message and they say they will get back to you. PEOPLE NEED to answer the phone if they want to stay in business. "
