Poor Service
"I have had a policy with you for decades. When I tried to renew on line I was unable to view the policy and the cost was double than in past years. I could not view other options either. I then reregistered and was given a quote but could not view policy. I ended up paying for the unknown policy. Yesterday I received an email that I needed to pay more and if I sent a check my insurance would be activated. There was no policy attached to the email. Please advise Nancy Jarrell O’Donnell "
