"I was unable to review policy options. I previously had a policy covering me for part-time work. I was curious about the difference in cost for a full-time policy. (which I do not yet need). I was easily able to get that quote, but when I tried to go back to my part-time policy to renew, I was unable to do so. I ultimately ended up renewing my policy for a full-time practice since my old policy was expiring, which is not what I wanted to do.
