I had to unnecessarily purchase a second policy for another state
"The HPSO staff was very unhelpful and short with my request for a document or attestation that my policy covered me in New Mexico per request from my insurance accreditation application rejection. HPSO sent me my policy booklet instead of what I requested. I had to spend $144 extra on a new policy just to show proof of coverage in New Mexico. "
