rude and fake email
"when i called for help a few weeks ago the rep was short, and rude. I didn't have my one question answered until I called again today. Also I don't appreciate false emails pretending to be a human that go unanswered for months at a time. I very nearly went to another company and as it was I delayed service for a month due to both of these factors. "
