Easy Purchase, Fair Price, No Way to Ask Crucial Questions
"I appreciated how quick and straightforward the purchase process was, and the pricing was fair. However, I wasn’t given the opportunity to get clarity on what my policy actually covers before purchasing. Chaplain or pastoral counseling wasn’t listed as an option, and there was no way to ask questions or confirm whether my specific roles were included in the coverage. Because liability coverage is such an important decision, it would have been helpful to speak with someone or at least see clearer explanations of scope and exclusions before paying. I ultimately completed the purchase, but I still feel unsure about the specifics of what I’m covered for. Overall, the checkout experience was smooth, but the lack of communication options and coverage detail made the process less reassuring than it could have been."
