"I have been trying to login to my account to update info and make a payment. You just sent the confirmation to my old email account not the one I've had since 2020. I also called customer service to help me log on since you've change to the "wallet" and was put on hold for for over 16 minutes."

"The only frustrating thing is the auto renew happens on the exact date of renewal. Companies desire a copy and the CAQH site often needs updated before the date of renewal. I often do not have that, specific, day set aside every year so it is a bit inconvenient. I keep it off auto renew, then have to go back in and re click auto renew, just in case I have something come up and need it to renew if I am unable to do so. Then I have to go BACK in and take it off auto renew the next year so I can get everything done ahead of the expiration date. I wish you could set the auto renew date up to a month ahead of time."
