Hard to get the right advice
"I've been with HPSO for over 10 years. I found out accidentally that I have the wrong type of policy for my needs. It took a couple of days and several tries to speak with a representative. I cancelled my current plan and bought a new one. It wasn't everything I wanted to buy but I wasn't given the option to add on to my individual policy."
