The guy who answered the phone was rude stating I should have selected x policy instead of y policy however there was nothing on their website explaining which policy would be best for me. He expected me to magically know from the scarce information on their website. It’s been a few days and I still haven’t received my policy after I paid for it. I will be calling today to get a refund. "
