"It was tough receiving service on the phone initially due to I am a return customer but zip wasn't the same as it used to be and the automation kept asking if I was a physical therapist which I'm not so I couldn't get a representative to help. I was redirected to the website. I finally spoke with a super nice person, Andrew. But the quote portion would not continue when I pushed continue so I called another super nice person, Jeffrey who was able to help me and generously agreed to stay on the phone with me to help me complete the application process."
