"I was told wring info from the initial customer service person to wait for someone to email the application. Called a second time the person instructed me to go online to complete the application. First attempt error came up. After being able to complete it never gave me a quote. ThenI missed the representatives . Tried calling for over a hour straight during your business hours and after multiple attempts calling after waiting for someone to pick up it would state no representatives are available please call back later."
