My issue was too complicated to have the automated system answer and it took forever to get to a representative. Then when I did, I told my story to the first person who transferred me to a person who had NO idea why I was calling! And then, a link was sent and it didn't connect to my application. So I had to go through the entire frustrating sequence again."
