Time Consuming Application
"I completed an application online for it to tell me to call to complete payment process. I called just for them to send me a link within an hour or by end of day. The link initially said the policy was no longer available. I close and re-click it and it loaded. The link was the same exact application. My time felt wasted. It could have been done in less than 10 mins, opposed to 30+ minutes."
